Your booking may be moved to another date in the future, if the property can be re-let for the same time frame.
$100 administration fee will apply.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
Check in is after 2pm
Check out is by 10am (unless prior arrangement)
Guests are required to pay a bond which will be returned in full once the departure check list is completed by the cleaning staff.
Bond amounts vary from $500 - $1000 per booking
Shutters reserves the right to keep all or part of the bond relating to damage, stains, water damage, additional clean, garbage removal, loss of remotes, keys, any hired surf boards, boogie boards, bikes etc.
The properties must be left in tidy condition.
Garbage placed in bins downstairs.
Dishes washed, excess food can be left in the fridge or pantry.
Linen can be left on beds.
Towels placed in laundry.
